Hi. I’m Simon. God has blessed me with a wife of 13-years and three kiddos. I love getting to lead a team of incredibly talented and dedicated story tellers. They got my back, I got theirs. It’s how we do. I also love the Angels, 49ers, Lakers, and Hanson (duh). Someday, I’ll tell you why they call me the Sdog-bite-bite.
Buttery popcorn was really my first love. It’s what got me into watching movies. Then, later, making movies. Fortunately, though, I fell in love with this craft… and, later, my wife - Veronica. She’s Puerto Rican and pretty much the coolest person I know. We enjoy charcuterie, frolicking, and, most recently, spending time with our little nenita, Thea.
Hi. I’m Matt, aka the MootDog. Born and raised in SoCal, I NEVER imagined that I’d be rooted in Fredericksburg VA with a beautiful wife and two amazing children, but this is where God has planted me. And while I miss my favorite pastime of surfing, it’s a bonus that I get to charge hard with this awesome crew!
I was created by accident when Stephen Spielberg spilled 5-hour Energy on a joke book and made a musical about it, then sold the rights to Disney. On the other side of child stardom, I’m a pun telling, constantly singing, energizer bunny with a passion for filmmaking. In this line of work, I’m always giving it my best SHOT and trying not to make a SCENE.
Some of the most incredible organizations in the world could never afford to tell their own stories through video. This is our heart: we’ve been given a gift to do what we do, and we believe it’s incumbent on us to pay it forward and volunteer our services.
Art, is like pizza. When it’s good…. it’s REALLY good. When it’s bad… it’s still pretty good.
Truth is, it’s not always easy to find the time and space for our passion projects. As a team value, however, we believe that creative carte blanche is essential to keeping us sharp. So we make the time!
Here are the stories of our vanities.
We have a great love for film and aspire to make a feature film one day. For now, it’s awesome when we get some free time to scratch the itch by creating short films. Hero’s Welcome was birthed from a 2-hour brainstorming session between Simon and Jordan. They had a cool apartment, a historic town, and an amazingly talented lead (Jordan’s lovely wife, Veronica). So, in March 2017, they took their Ursa Mini Pro and got to work on a 2-day shoot. Just the three of them. Here’s the fruit of their labor.
